Katharine joined Primrose and Gordon in March 2016. A graduate of Dundee University, Katharine is an experienced litigator with a background in personal injury claims.

Katharine appears regularly in Dumfries Sheriff and Justice of the Peace courts and has a varied court and tribunal caseload including personal injury, matrimonial, employment, guardianships and road traffic work.

Recognising that litigation can be a stressful time for clients, Katharine reassures her clients by taking a proactive approach to identifying the most pragmatic strategy to bring cases to a successful conclusion while offering practical and straightforward advice.

Katharine lives in Moffat with her husband and three children. In her spare time she is an active member of her children’s school Parent Council fundraising group and is secretary of her local tennis club.
